Your Mission
You will manage Motor Insurance Claims, ensuring that each file is handled efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail.
You will be the key link between clients, insurers, surveyors, garages, and suppliers, helping to move claims forward and ensuring smooth coordination at every stage.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and following up on Motor & Non-Motor claims, at a lesser extent
- Coordinating with Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Surveyors, Garages and Suppliers
- Monitoring outstanding claims and updating our Claims Management System
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
- Keeping clients and other stakeholders always updated
- Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
