Recruitment Privacy Notice
1. Introduction
1.1 Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our job candidates.
1.2 This Recruitment Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use your personal data during our application and recruitment process in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2017 (hereafter referred to as the “DPA”).

2.4 Sensitive data collected by PROXY BROKERS qualifies as special categories of personal data.
2.5 To the extent data you provide contains details of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, health information, sexual orientation, offences or educational records, you expressly authorise PROXY BROKERS to process such information as described in this notice.
3. Using your Personal Data
3.1 PROXY BROKERS will only use your personal data for the purpose for which it was collected or agreed with you.

9.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and lawful.
9.2 If you provide information regarding another individual, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent.
10. Cross-Border Transfer
10.1 If employment is successful, personal data shall not be transferred, accessed or stored outside Mauritius.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Complaints concerning this notice should be directed to the DPO.
11.2 You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of Mauritius if you believe your rights have been infringed.
